Meet our Outfit
Not (yet) as famous as the Sons of the Pioneers, we are a fun-lovin' group of cowboy singers in the Roaring Fork Valley of Colorado. We've been singing together as cowboys since 2013.

Delta Darlin' (Wendy Stewart) hails from Delta, Colorado where she learned cowgirl skills. She uses her alto voice for wonderful harmonizing.

Donna Sue (Donna Dale) can sing either soprano or alto, and specializes in harmonizin'….

Littl' Liza Jane (Liza Ferrier) sings soprano….. and Sagebrush (Andrew Ferrier) is a tenor with a tendency to write new verses to cowboy songs, as well as a fiddle player

The Italian Stallion (Rob Benedetti) harmonizes as a tenor, strums his guitar and rides point while singin' songs in Spanish.

Pester (Peggy DeVilbiss) sings alto and …..

Barbwire (Barbe Chambliss / Boone) sings tenor and at times yodels. She's shown here with her sidekick, Sadie.

Shellebelle (Shelly Franklin) is semi-retired from the Cowboy Corral, but sometimes sings alto. She's shown here with her lesser half, Big Dave (David Franklin) who sings bass and is known to crack a joke or two at inappropriate times.

Hattie Lou (Hattie Branson) sings soprano and likes too yodel (which she learned singin' with her sisters, listening to Julie Andrews) with Donna Sue harmonizing at her side. In this valley for many years, she got lured into cowboy singin' by Trail Boss who keeps us going despite pending cowboy codgerdom.

Wildcat (Brian Colley) leads us with instrumentals, largely on his handmade ukulele, but sometimes including his fiddle and even his saw. He sings bass as well.

Pecos Pete (Peter Westcott) grew up in an eastern city, far from the western lore, but he enjoys singin' bass and recitin' a few poems, as well as dabblin' in song writin'. His better half, Trail Boss (Kate Friesen) done started this outfit after finding a pamphlet of cowboy songs from the 1930s. She conducts usAnd she's the boss!

Clodhopper (Claudia Lauer) ….
